The VC WIL Management System, developed by Group 6, is an innovative solution designed to address the challenges faced by final year students, lecturers, and non-profit organizations (NPOs) in the process of coordinating and executing Working Integrated Learning (WIL) projects. This system aims to facilitate efficient communication, project assignment, and progress monitoring while enhancing the overall experience of students, lecturers, and NPOs involved.To ensure a comprehensive approach, we have carefully considered ethical and privacy concerns within the context of this project. We are committed to addressing these concerns to ensure responsible data handling and safeguarding user privacy. Additionally, our development process is underpinned by a well-described and logical research into the needs and objectives of the client organizations participating in the Working Integrated Learning program. This research provides vital context and rationale for the project.Final year students are required to collaborate in groups to develop functional software applications for non-profit organizations. However, students often struggle to find suitable NPOs and project opportunities. Additionally, lecturers encounter difficulties in identifying appropriate NPOs with critical software needs. The VC WIL Management System aims to streamline the process of project assignment, communication, and monitoring to improve the WIL experience.
